anyone else runs into a similar problem ?? was created by spadekevin
Hello,

I'll mention this in case anyone else runs into a similar problem since it kinda surprised me. The firmware for the original prusa i3 mk2 has the mintemp for the bed and hot end set at 15C instead of 5C like the default marlin firmware so the printer won't operate if the ambient temp is below 60F. Woe to those of us in old houses. I ended up modifying the firmware to fix it (setting up the build environment was 'fun') but I'll prolly change it back once winter is over so I am using the standard version.

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
