Question Help! Spindle just increases rpm. Not possible to control the speed

Hello everyone!
I bought ur M1000 some weeks ago and have used it some days. But today when I used it the spindle, AMB 1400 FME-P Di, just started to spin with higher and higher rpm and was not possible to control. It went up to max and then it went down and started to hack. So it does not work as it should. What should i do? Is it already broken?
