Question My M.1000 is not running the full length on the axis

I just built my StepCraft M.1000 and all my axis will not run the full length. After homing my machine, if I try to run my machine the full length of the x or y axis it stops halfway there. Example, when trying to run the x-axis the full length after homing the machine it will stop halfway across the machine, yet the UCCNC program says that the x-axis stopped a 678. From what I understand, 678 is what the softlimit is supposed to be for the m.1000 x-axis. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
