Ok, noch nie gemacht, aber schon schon darüber gelesen. Bspw. einfach ein wenig Spiritus auf die zu fräsenden Teile ?Oder Kühlen
Ich hatte das diesmal ohne Niederhalter gefäst, klar lagen da Späne auf dem Material. Könnte ja mal mit versuchen, dann ist 'volle' Absaugung drauf.direkt mit dem Sauger draufhalten & folgen

Alternativ kannst Du für die Fenster aber auch die durchsichtigen Deckel von CD-Cases ("Jewel Case") nutzen. Diese werden soweit ich weiß aus Polystyren hergestellt.
Fräsparameter habe ich aber für beide Materialien (bisher) nicht, Du müstest also probieren. Ist aber allemal billiger als Acryl GS...
