Spezielle Oberfläche was created by Fuss
Für meine Gartenbahn möchte ich mit der CNC ein Pflaster erstellen. Habe wasserfestes MDF Material (seit Jahren besten bewährt). Nun möchte ich für den Bahnhofsbereich ein Pflaster erstellen. Wie bekomme ich eine gerumpelte Oberfläche hin. Arbeite mit Fusion 360

Fräse: SC 2/600 mit Performance Kit, WINPC-NC USB, STEPCRAFT HF-500, T-Nutentisch, 3D-Druckkopf mit Heizplatte

CAD: Target, CoralDRAW X8, Fusion360
CAM: Estlcam V11

Hallo,

ich würde die "Pflaster"-Datei als 3D-Modell erstellen und als .stl abspeichern. Diese .stl wird dann in G-Code umgewandelt und gefräst. Ob das aber mit Fusion als CAM so funktioniert, weis ich nicht. Ich nutze Estlcam als CAM und Maschinensteuerung, und da ist diese Vorgehensweise möglich.

Nachtrag: Ich sehe eben, daß du auch Estlcam nutzt, dann sollte auch bei dir das Fräsen von .stl auf jeden Fall möglich sein

Dauert aber ewig.... wie groß ist die Fläche?
Warum nicht nach Andys1957's Methode eine Form für einen Pflasterstein fräsen und mit der dann Steine aus Gips oder Beton gießen?
