Hi,
I need some advice. I have had my machine for about a year but so far have not been able to get it to work. I am at the stage where I am going to throw it away and buy a cheap Chinese machine.
I have tuned the machine but had problems with limit switches that still don't work properly and the UCCNC software has had to be reinstalled three times
And now my cnc machine has just stopped working on all axis. I cannot 'jog' the machine in any direction. The diagnostics page does not show any of the limit switches have been 'triggered'. Non of the motors are working.
I have rebooted the computer and the machine (green light is On and the Blue Light is ON), but still does not move when I try to jog the machine
Any advice before I chuck this machine in the bin

Hi Richard,
Do I presume the stepper motors are not powered (can be rotated by hand), - if so check that the main power unit is giving the correct voltage (30V DC). I believe the stepper driver IC'c have a low voltage lock out.
