Das mit dem schiefgehen hab ich auch akut gerade erfahren. Hab mich nach Jahren nun endlich duchgerungen die Portalerhöhung mal einzubauen. Leider haben mir das die Plastik-Spindelmuttern ( die mit Null Spiel ( übel genommen. Sprich ... ich darf jetzt warten, bis SC mir Ersatz-Muttern schickt ... hoffe das geht flott.
Allerdings ist mir dann der Artikel über "Opportunitätskosten" wieder eingefallen. Demnach ist es vielleicht besser das Geld gleich in einer neuen Maschine anzulegen ....

Für einen Laser muss der g-code ganz anders aussehen.
Z.B. beim fräsen schaltet man den Fräsmotor am Anfang an und am Ende aus, das fräsen von einzelnen Bahnen geht dann über eintauchen und wieder raus fahren. Bei einem Laser muss der für einzelne Bahnen ein- und ausgeschaltet werden.
In Kurven und Ecken gibt es auch unterschiede, vor allem wenn man gleichmäßig Laser-gravieren will.

Man könnte sicher etwas Tricksen, aber es macht eigentlich mehr Sinn sich eine CAM Software auszusuchen, die Laser (oder beides) auch wirklich kann.
