Service Assignment

At STEPCRAFT we continously and thoroughly monitor the manufacture of our products in order to ensure a consistent quality. Should an error occur nonetheless or should the product not meet your expectations, we would like to help you as quickly as possible.

Please proceed as follows:

2. Together we will work out a successful solution.

3. If necessary, the product has to be reviewed by a STEPCRAFT technician. In this case please fill out the service assignment. You will find this by clicking on the adjacent picture.

4. Send the defective product together with the completed service assignment and a copy of the shipping receipt to the following address:
