Does anybody know if this company still exists? Phone calls made to German Branch 2 , promises received that I would be called back 2 , results 0 , mails sent to German Branch 6 ,replies 0 , mails sent to American Branch 2 , replies 0. Very nice trying to do business this way. Moving on to other suppliers I guess.

I tried to contact Fraxeon a few years ago, and even than they didn't reply on any of my mails.
this was my reasone not to buy from that company.

Fraxeon is very bad at doing bussiness. Sometimes he wil reply a mail.
Try call him, or better: order somewhere else(stepcraft germany)

Same issue. Send an email to the sales service both in Germany and France...
No answers after a week, which is a shame...

You do not Need to send a pm, I found your first email from last Thursday, which was forwarded to the responsible Reseller Normandair in France. I will ask him today, if he got this email and answered it. I also found your email from yesterday.
