Homing (z-axis problem)

Hi. I have just got the D3 840. When pushing (homing) the z-axis is going to the top as it should, but then it goes down about 5-7 cm. And from there I can manually (pushing the arrows) not move it to the top again. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks a million 🙂
