Just got an old Stepcraft 2 d840. Rebuilt it and now I´m learning how to master it!
First mod is to re-route the x-z cables to put that overthinking out of the equation.
Next is to get the Fusion 360 -> post (winpc-nc.cps) -> winPc-Nc -> stepcraft 2 d840 to work. That I will comtinue in a different part of the forum.
Located in south east sweden building guitars, cars and mopeds!

Hi!
I´m a fast replyer....not.
Regarding the cables a 3d printed an adapter self-clamping/locking to the left side panel so that the cable tube is all "outside" the machine back to the control card instead of under/inside the machine where it always got stuck.
