Hi,
Does anyone have any advice on what I may be doing wrong here.
I get lines on each depth pass.
Would appreciate any help on this.

I think that the mill isn't cutting but rather ripping it to pieces. try lower head speeds and maybe faster cutting speeds and a sharp mill bit.

I think your spindle is not 100% perpendicular to the table.
