My 600 was working perfectly but I haven't used it for a while. Now there is no movement in any axis. All axis are physically at their mid point, and the RESET is not active. With power off I can manually move all 3 axis and they move freely. However, when I try to jog them, nothing happens. Diagnostic page shows I/O 10, 13 & 15 as Green. Jogging X- a slight 'clunk' and 03 goes Red, X+ 03 goes out. Same happens for the other two axis. Y- 05 goes Red, Y+ 05 goes out, Z- 07 goes Red, Z+ 07 goes out. IDLE is Red and occasionally flashes IDLE/RUN/IDLE when X-, Y- or z- are selected, but not every time.
Running a program appears normal on the PC monitor but nothing moves on the CNC machine.
Any thoughts anyone?

What software are you using and what version ?
Is the machine connected to computer correctly ?

Thanks for the response. I've actually solved the problem, but I don't know why it works.
If I power up the computer with the Stepcraft connected I get the fault I described, despite the fact that the green & blue lights on the connector are both lit.
However, if I disconnect the Stepcraft before powering up the PC, then connect it before opening the programme, everything works perfectly.
Presumably the PC does not fully connect with the Stepcraft during its normal boot up sequence but does when it's connected after the PC is fully up and running.
I'm at a loss to understand why that should be, but at least the machine is now fully functional.
