This is a bird feeder I designed. It still lacks a plexiglas front.
The problem? I forgot to "mirror" the sides :angry: 🙁
I also detected some minor errors that I've fixed for the next run.
Cut settings:
4mm 2 flute wood bit, 2mm step down, 700mm/min, 10mm plywood. No problems at all.

I'm certain that wasn't a mistake - that was just part of the plan! 😉
Solution: Mirror BOTH sides - mill it again - and build an additional Bird feeder .... :woohoo: :pinch: B)

What is the thickness of the acrylic glass and the slot size for it?

It's 4.3mm thick or so, definitely not 4mm.
The slot is 5mm.
