Hi, i cut alouminium and i make island in the wood and i put it inside thats my daughter's name 🙂

jeyb - talk to us about your parameters for Aluminium? Aluminium is difficult to cut.
Talk us through how you approached the cutting?
Clamping,
Tools,
any cooling?

Hi to all frends, i use 0,5mm plate alouminioum , my cutting tool was this 3mm Double-Flute ALU ,
The speed that i use was the number 1 from winpc nc and the spindle was in 60% , for this job i need 45 minutes to finish, for alouminium the speeds are very slow, and i dont use any cooling because the plate was only 0,5 mm.
