Hallo Zusammen,
ich bräuchte bitte Eure Hilfe. Bin mittlerweile schier am Verzweifeln.
Ich habe die Steppi 840 D2, bis jetzt lief sie mit dem alten Laptop Windows10 ohne Probleme; Cam Software Estlcam V12 mit LPT Light Adapter.
Mein Laptop hat mittlerweise seinen Geist aufgegeben, so dass ich mir einen neuen mit Windows 11 Home holen musste.
Laptop soweit konfiguriert. Estlcam und Treiber für den LPT installiert. Die gespeicherte Konfigurationdatei verwendet. Steppi lief soweit, auch die Referenzfahrt.
Laptop ausgeschalten und später nochmals an, Steppi geht nicht mehr. Nach Desinstallieren und installieren bin ich jetzt soweit, dass die Endschalter im Estlcam aufblinken, wenn diese gedrückt werden.
Jedoch fährt keine Achse?
Der Laptop hat einen vollen USB-C Anschluss. Kann hier das Problem liegen? Aktuell habe ich das ganze auf einen USB A Anschluss mit Adapter. Da gehen zumindet die Endschalter.

I have the Steppi 840 D2, and so far it has worked without problems with my old Windows 10 laptop; camera software Estlcam V12 with LPT Light adapter.
My laptop has since given up the ghost, so I had to get a new one with Windows 11 Home.
Laptop configured as far as possible. Estlcam and drivers for the LPT port installed. The saved configuration file was used. Steppi ran fine, including the reference geometry dash lite run.
I turned off the laptop and then on again later, and Steppi no longer works. After uninstalling and reinstalling, I've now got to the point where the limit switches in Estlcam flash when they're pressed.
But no axle is moving?
The laptop has a full USB-C port. Could that be the problem? Currently, I'm using a USB-A port with an adapter. At least the limit switches work there.

From what you describe, the fact that your limit switches are detected in Estlcam means the LPT adapter and basic input layer are working, so the issue is likely not the USB-C/USB-A adapter itself.
Did you check output signals (very important)? In Estlcam, go to the output test screen and manually trigger each axis. If nothing moves, the problem is usually in the output mapping, not the hardware.
