i make sure all my emergency stops are released but anyways when my laser is connected the diagnostic page on the uccnc software says there is a estop active, did anyone had this proble? help please.

Yes, I got the same.
the trouble is when you put the laser into the holder.
there is a little contacter which must be correctly plugged-in.
on my machine, the laser head twist sligtly when I close the screw of the holder.
I must turn the laser head to define the good place which not twist the laser head when screwed.
I use UCCNC/Diagnostic and chec Estop on/off when you install the laser head.
