Using 3mm ply to test before cutting in carbon or G10. had some issues and broke a 1mm endmill then the the work moved on the final cut and messed up the edges. will used double sided tape next time. Arms need a re design.
Had the stepcraft for a couple of weeks now still lots to learn. Big thankyou to Rory for the excellent customer support.

Started cutting out in G10material now, everything is 90% done. Will post a vid of some sort of chatter/noisse when cutting the 3.2mm arms, although the stepcraft cut them perfectly.

Im going to be using a naze32 FC. AUW as in the image is 173g. I can cut more material out to get the weight down even more.
