After assembled the Stepcraft 600 and powered by the external power supply 30 V, the Control board LED 2 is still off but it should be green according the manual. It is off even if the control board is dicconnected from the Stepcraft. Any idea what is wrong. Thanks for your help!

good morning. did you check the emergency button (red) in front of your lachine ? perhaps it is engaged. disengage it
