Nun zum driten mal... Immer ein Fehler beim Absenden... :silly:

Hey Leute, :)

ich hab mal wieder was versucht... Bin immer ganz gespannt was da
dann rauskommt... Es macht echt unglaublich Spass...
Ach noch etwas, ich hab mal die Steppi aug Gummipuffer gestellt,
seid dem ist es mit dem Knarzuen viel besser....

So tolle Projekte hier. Da will ich auhc mal anfangen was von mir zu zeigen. Dazu muss gesagt werden ich nutze die Steppi, um mir einen Flugsimulator zu bauen. Und ja es ist einfach unglaublich praktisch








und hier mal was für den Gesamtüberblick....Das meißte davon stammt noch aus einer Zeit vor der Steppi, aber Stück für Stück werden die Einzelteile ersetzt

Schließlich soll die Steppi ja keine Langeweile bekommen, ;) da habe ich mal schnell eine kleine Kiste gemacht. :whistle:
Die Zahlen sind mit einem 1mm Fräser entstanden und damit sie etwas besser zu lesen sind, habe ich sie mit einem Filzstift nachgezogen.

Der Fräser hat's überlebt und jetzt wissen wir, die Steppi kann auch Kuchenblech...

hi Ihr,

hab auch mal wieder die Steppi angeschmissen, nachdem die Proxxon zweimal kaputt war und bei der HF Spindel die Lager gewechselt werden mussten. Und dann auch noch das Neuausrichten des Portals.



Ist für ne Hochzeit.
Das Herz ist als Konturtasche zwei Millimeter tiefer als die Buchstaben, hat ne weile gebraucht.

Ich bin erstaunt, wie gut das Fräsen klappt in eps
Vorschub 30 mm pro Sekunde ohne Schruppen direkt geschlichtet.
25000 Umdrehungen pro Minute. Fräser 3.18 Radiusfräser 2schneider mit 40mm Spirale
Auch die Oberflächengüte ist über meinen Erwartungen

Nurflügler "horten mod" wird verglast.

der Nurflügler wurde zweiteilig beidseitig gefräst in xps

Verglasen erfolgte mit Glasmatte 25g/m² Köper
An Stelle von Epoxidharz nehme ich Parkettlack (!)
Mit einer kleinen Schaumstoffrolle apliziert.

Wenn ihr den das nächste mal seht, dann fliegt er...

Handelt es sich hier nicht um XPS (Styrodur)? (erkennbar das es sich um eine glatte Schaummasse handelt und nicht wie bei EPS um gepresste Schaumkugerl)

Hmmm ... bei so kleinen Teilen fällt da Umkehrspiel aber schon unangenehm auf.
SC 420 mit DIY parallel + Proxxon mit Mod + HF500 + SprintLayout + LibreCAD/QCAD + FreeCAD +WinPC starter/USB->EstlCAM + EstlCAM LPTAdapter + EstlCAM Handrad + DIY Vakuumtisch
