@AnyOtherName - wie sind denn die Vorgaben? Durchmesser des Rades max 40 mm? Zapfen D 6 mm / 8 mm? Verhältnis exakt 1:1? Spiel Toleranz?

Da bin ich gespannt wie das aussieht und ob das tatsächlich etwas verändert. Ich hatte laienhaft gedacht das wenn ich - wie in meinem zeichnerischen Testaufbau - 15 Pins auf einen Kreis gleichmäßig verteile ich im selben Moment auch 15 Pins auf die Eckpunkte eines Polygons mit 15 Eckpunkten gesetzt hätte ...AnyOtherName wrote: Sein Vorschlag, die Zapfen auf den Ecken eines Polygons zu setzen, sollte das Problem eliminieren.
Ja, je nachdem wie dicht die Zapfen stehen besteht die Gefahr das NUR am äußersten Ende der Zapfen die Gefahr einer Kollision besteht. Das Abrunden oder Anfasen kann/wird dazu führen das die Kollision verhindert wird.AnyOtherName wrote: Auch das Abrunden der Zapfen sollte für einen besseren, spielfreieren Lauf sorgen.
