Weil ich die Toleranzen so gering wie möglich halten möchte hab ich mir jetzt neben einer T-Nutenplatte auch eine 12mm MDF Platte (Dunkel, Unbehandelt) besorgt und Montiert.
Nun bin ich am Überlegen wie ich die MDF Platte mit 595x395x12 mm Planfräsen kann bzw. mit welchem Fräßer erste versuche mit dem 2-Schneider 3,2mm von Sorotec waren erfolgreich mit 20.000rpm und einem Vorschub von 10mm/Sekunde in WinPC-NC.
Eine so große Fläche mit einem 3.2mm Fräser zu planen dauert aber Ewig daher die Frage ob es nicht irgendwo einen Fräser gibt mit einer größeren Kopfgröße (22mm ??) welche ich in der Proxxon-Spindel einspannen kann um damit die Tisch bei einer Überlappung von 50% (11mm Fräsbahnen) abfahren zu können.
Die Datei ist bereits gezeichnet kann aber in Estl-CAM jederzeit der Fräßerbreite angepasst werden.
Daher bitte einen Link zu einem Fräser den ich verwenden kann.
Ich habe auch die Möglichkeit einen Fräser mit größerer Schaftdicke abzufräßen aber ob das die Proxxon dann noch Schaft,hat das eventuell schon jemand getestet?

Den Schaft auf 3,175mm reduzieren würde ich nicht machen, die Schaftfläche wird sich bei dieser Aktion von 28,26 mm2 auf 7,91mm2 verkleinern. Die Kräfte, die bei diesen Fräsergrößen auf den Schaft wirken, sind nicht zu unterschätzen.

Eine Kress oder andere Spindel steht auf meiner Einkaufsliste aber der T-Nutentisch und die Vakuumpumpe waren erstmal wichtiger
