Question X-axis problem SC 430

Day 2 : Everything was working good the day before doing some initial tests by the help of a pen. On day 2 - when homing all motors, x-axis fail to move. It will stuck at about 10mm from the limit switch. Remove the motor and screw, and again when doing home it will jam at the same point. Moving the x-axis by the jog move it will work.

Any suggestions?

Quick Update: After the suggestion and helpful hints from Rory , i manage to adjust this problem. It was from the M6 Bolts that holds the aluminium bar of the x axis. Move the the x axis end to end and than tight the M6 bolts. Once again a million thanks to Rory from StoneyCNC
