Just startet assembly on my 840 and on the first page i find parts missing.
I went through several pages and checked and re-checked everything and alot of small spacers and screws are missing.

I am not new to kits and the worst by far has been a Printrbot but this comes very close to it.
The packaging looks amazing but when you start to build you get dissapointed.

I hate wasting time on things like this.

Is this normal for Stepcraft?
Should i return the whole unit or spend hours sifting through what is missing and send a list to Stepcraft?

Quite easy, send the parts list to Stepcraft and look, what´s missing. If you say, a lots of screws are missing, I would suggest there is only one item not into the parcel: the screws bag.

That shall not happen, but every time humans are involved, it can happen!
