Y Axis motor was created by jujuglow

So I just assembled my machine and the Y axis motor will not turn. Once power is on it just locks, but as soon as power is disconnected I can turn it. Anyone know what is going on? I have checked the wires to make sure they are in their proper slot and they are....Please help!!!!!!!
