Question Error - machine is not ready

Dear all,

After assembly and installation of the machine and software, We have two green led lights running, red one blinking and the last led to the right not turning on at all.

When we run software and press machine initialization an error message appears:

Error - machine not ready!

Before we go back and disassemble whole mill we would like to know what is common procedure when such message appears?
Any suggestions what you would do first?

I forgot to add that we have stepcraft 420!

Did you perhaps inadvertently press the emergency button? If so, give it a clockwise turn to release it.

This solved the problem!

I didn't check this (I thought that I did, but I haven't).
