Nun ja, ich seh das etwas anders. Auch ein 43mm Loch fräs ich als Kreistasche voll aus, denn Anbindungen stören da und einen Fräserbruch wegen angesaugtem Material will ich nicht riskieren. Aber grundsätzlich hast du schon recht, einmal ringsrum ist erheblich schneller als einmal komplett ausgefräst.MagIO2 wrote: Ansonsten ist es doch eher Sinnfrei die komplette Tasche ausräumen zu wollen.

Es muss nicht immer ESTLcam sein sein, was solche Fehler verursacht. WinNC-USB hat auch manchmal ein merkwürdiges Verhalten. Ich hab die selbe mit ESTLcam erzeugte DIN-Datei einmal in Schaum-PVC erfolgreich probegefräst, doch als ich das in Acryl probierte und mehrmals den Job stoppte, wegen verklebten Fräser, wuchtete WinNC-USB den Fräser beim Wiederanfahren undefiniert in das Werkstück.spur0 wrote: ... nach Wechsel von Bohrer auf Fräser fuhr der Fräser auf die letzte Bohrung und ging nochmals nach unten bevor er mit dem Ausschnitt begann ...
