Hallo,
ich möchte die Blume des Lebens als Gravur fräsen. wenn ich die als DXF in Estlcam lade und die automatische Fräsbahn wähle, zieht der Fräser nach JEDEM Segment in der Z-Achse wieder hoch. Kann mir da jemand helfen?

Wenn du die DXF hier einstellst kann dir vielleicht geholfen werden, ansonsten ist es recht schwierig dein Problem nachzuvollziehen.

dat hat nix mit dem motiv zu tun sondern mit der funktion gravieren. da ist alles im grünen bereich!

Wenn du die Sicherheitshöhe auf 0.5 setzst, dann stört es dich weniger...

... danke für die Antworten, die Sicherheitshöhe auf 0,5 zu setzen ist sicher ein guter Schritt, aber ich hoffe immer noch eine Möglichkeit zu finden, dass der Fräser ohne Unterbrechung alle Linien abfährt, ohne anheben und ohne doppelte Fräsung.

Das passt ja sogar zur Jahreszeit! Kennst Du das "Haus vom Nikolaus" ? Wenn Du das gleiche mit der "Blume des Lebens" machst dann werden Deine Vorgaben erfüllt. Wenn Du das ausgetüftelt hast dann poste doch bitte hier das Ergebnis - interessiert mich BRENNEND! :woohoo:

Da die Enden der einzellnen "Blütenblätter" nicht zusammenlaufen, muss der Fräser jedes mal angehoben werden.

Das anheben ist für so eine Form völlig normal, ohne dem ist so eine Kontur nicht zu gravieren. :)

"Das Haus vom Nikolaus" --- ja okay, die Botschaft hab ich verstanden. Leider fehlt mir aber die Erfahrung (ich bin mehr oder weniger Anfänger mit meiner Stepcraft) um mit dieser Erkenntnis auch eine Lösung herbeiführen zu können!

die essenz aus all den antworten ist folgendes:

der fräser hebt sich nicht, wenn du einen einzigen durchgehenden linienzug im cad erstellt hast.
geht bei der geometrie nicht ==> fräser wird angehobne und bei neuem startpunkt gesenkt.
