Homemade Scalextric Car Body (Part 1) Roughing out process
The plan is to vacuum form the car body after the finishing process is completed in (Part 2)
Material - Wood Walnut
CNC Machine - STEPCRAFT 420
Spindle - HXKJ-GS52-400W
Cutting Feed - 250 mm/min
Plunge Feed - 50 mm/min
RPM - 12,000 approx
DOC - 1 mm
Cutter - 6.35mm 2 flute slot drill carbide
The plan is to vacuum form the car body after the finishing process is completed in (Part 2)
