Please note this was a rush job, so looks a bit rough hahaha, but worked great.

Made a box, drilled 4mm suction holes on top and a 32mm hole on the one side for hoover.



Milled out frame to hold an ice cream tub lid whilst it was being heated with a paint stripping gun.





Hoover attached and switched on I then heated the ice cream tub lid and dropped it on to the scalextric car body mold.





I then left the hoover on for about 1 min then removed the scalextric car body mold from the ice cream tub lid.

Cheers haha,
As you may see from the vacuum box I used a hot glue gun to glue it together and this also helped seal it.

I now just need to cut out the windows and wheel arches, figure out a way of fixing the body to the chassis and then take it for a spin haha.
