2D milling of signs in plastic was created by Rory
This video shows 2D milling of signs out of plastic. The 2mm cutter was used to pocket out the letters and was also used to mill the outline of the signs. The layered plastic give a nice clean finish. A Downcut 2mm cutter works best as it gives a good surface finish on the top edge.
