X problem... was created by Booten
Sow I'm making something like pic1 for a year now.
But since two days it's doing something like pic2.
When I run the machine manually, there is nothing wrong.
The problem seems to happen when it moves from the first cuttingform to the second and every step inbetween cuttingforms.

HELP :(

It seems you loose steps in fast moves, I assume in X.

I don't have G-Code file to check or any knowledge what your controller or SC type is so it's hard to make any other analysis.

are the rectangles machined with square edges? If yes- then you are loosing steps in X as the machine is rapid moving between cutting.

Check your machine and tuner her up :)

I have also SC 600. Anyhow, you can attach only picture with max size of 1024x768 and ZIP or TXT files as far as I know.

Hello. My first day using my SC 430 and everything was going well. Than there was a problem in X-axis. When doing homing , it keeps jam at same position. I also remove the screw and motor, and fix again. And again it fails on homing. I really dod not know what happens . Any suggestions?

Did it jam at the end like just before the limit switch?

Is this topic still active, because my new machine locks up just before the limit-switch on the x-axis
