Clamping bed was created by Denus

I found a very good eBay seller (fiscodirect) from the UK which is selling several brass multifit inserts for a good price.
He's asking 17,66 euro for 100 pieces regardless the size (M3, M4, M5 or M6).

This was for me the occasion to build a clamping bed for my router.

The clamping claws will follow, but the bed is ready and installed:

Eurotools-24 G-500 & custom-made aluminium table
Kress 800
TB6560 4V3, UC100, UCCNC

...but how to make the clamps if you don't have clamps to fix the material...

one question Denus, is your dust collector work fine?
I´ve to do one, for my kress (my old proxxon was dead), and i bought a kress

....

Stepcraft 840 + CCNC
Kress 1050 and in a near future with SuperPID

Yes, it works fine for the nasty dust.
It will not collect all the scobs, that must be done directly with the vacuum cleaner after the cuttings are done.
But by and large, it works ok to avoid dust clouds in the room.

Triplex (birch) 12mm (and I'm using a 4MM MDF cover on top of it to avoid damages)
