Es ist eh nicht möglich, die ganze Alu-Platte zu planen, dazu reichen die Verfahrwege nicht. Ist aber auch nicht nötig, ein Bereich von 25 x 30 cm reicht fast immer. Zumindest auf meiner 420 brauchg ich keine grössere plane Fläche. Von daher ginge es. Ich empfehle aber eine dickere MDF-Platte (ca. 22mm) und dort den erwähnten Bereich planzu schleifen. Statt der Nuten im Alutisch habe ich im 5x5-Raster Schraubenhülsen (heissen die so?) reingedreht.

Glaub ich nicht. Wie willste das machen? Mit der Hand? Gibt ne Berg- und Talbahn. Alle Maschinen, die eine Schleiffläche kleiner als die Alu-Platte haben, sind mit Sicherheit ungeeignet. Da muss dann ein Profi her.
