I suspect that the mini live centre supplied with the 4th axis tailstock is not going to be robust enough for my desired application (rotation of a piece of hardwood timber approximately 800 x 80 x 40 mm & 1.5 to 1.75 kg mass) to route a guitar neck from.

After much searching and only coming up with Morse Taper mini live centres, I found a suitable "mini live center Z018" with an M12 x 1 mm thread pitch version on eBay:

This might be of interest to some who wish, like me, to push the limits of what the 4th axis equipment can achieve.
