Ich habe mir auf der Messe eine Stepcraft 2 420 gekauft.
Bei der Montage bin ich immer wieder auf ein Problem gestoßen. Die Laufrollen Teil (Nr.57) werden in Verbindung mit einer Unterlegscheibe 8mm montiert (Laufrollen wurden einzeln aus dem Beutel entnommen und montiert, Teile wurden nicht vermischt)
Wenn die Schraube nun angezogen wird lässt sich die Rolle nur sehr schwer drehen. Bei der Demontage sind jetzt Kratzspuren auf den Unterlegscheiben zu erkennen. Zunächst dachte ich, dass es an der Pulverbeschichtung der Teile liegt. Wenn die Rolle ohne Portal oder Verbinder d.h. nur mit Scheibe und Laufrollenhalter montiert wird, tritt der gleiche Effekt auf. Als Ursache läßt sich die Pulverbeschichtung also ausschließen. Um das Problem zu lösen habe ich die Scheiben (Teil Nr.27) auf Schmiergelpapier gelegt und ein wenig Material abgetragen. Die Rollen laufen jetzt leicht. Wenn man sich die Scheiben genauer ansieht, stellt man fest, das sie nicht ganz eben sind. Es sind also garantiert keine Passscheiben. Eine Verwechslung mit anderen Scheiben kann ich ausschließen. Obwohl ich das Problem scheinbar gelöst habe, kommt es mir etwas seltsam vor. Hat jemand die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht?
