Die Elektronik ist ja geerdet, und wem störts wenn eine der Achsen statisch geladen ist wenn sie elektrisch zur Steuerung isoliert ist? Und wenn sie nicht isoliert ist ist sie eh über sie Elektronik geerdet...
Ich vermute eher ein mechanisches Problem, kann es sein dass deine Z-Achse etwas schwergängig ist und beim hochfahren mit voller Geschwindigkeit manchmal hängen bleibt? Die SC bekommt das nämlich nicht mit und fährt das Programm normal weiter, dann hast du bei der nächsten Zustellung die doppelte Tiefe.
Versuch mal die max. Geschwindigkeit von der Z-Achse zu reduzieren und du wirst sehen dass dein Problem weg ist.
