Hallo liebe Gemeinde,

hat von euch schon jemand Erfahrung mit Target 3001 und Estlcam? Ich kann in Target eine Platine direkt unter Isolationsfräsen exportieren, bekomme aber die Datei mit Estlcam nicht geöffnet.

ist so ja auch nicht gedacht! target gibt direkt plotdateien aus ==> direkt in in maschinensteuerung laden und fräsen .

Ok, bissel genauer wäre auch gut gewesen. Wie speichere ich die Daten in Target richtig? Ich öffne Estlcam und füge die Datei wo ein?

Hast du schon mal eine *.dxf Datei aus Taget exportiert und diese in Estlcam importiert?
Target und dxf
Weiters gab es das Thema hier schon mal, suche mal nach Target ;)

Hallo,

ja das mit '.dxf klappt. Ich sehe nun die Leiterbahnen im Estlcam. Wo muß ich was an den Einstellungen ändern, damit die angezeigte Linie (Leiterbahn) stehen bleibt und nicht direkt weggefräst wird?

P.S. Das Thema habe ich wirklich schon mehrfach gesucht, aber nie eine zielführende Antwort gefunden.

Ähm ... kannst du mal einen Screenshot posten?

Normalerweise sollte doch alles was Target jetzt exportiert hat einfach als Gravur gefräst werden können. Das ist ja der Sinn von Isolationsbahnen. Die umschließen die Leiterbahn.
SC 420 mit DIY parallel + Proxxon mit Mod + HF500 + SprintLayout + LibreCAD/QCAD + FreeCAD +WinPC starter/USB->EstlCAM + EstlCAM LPTAdapter + EstlCAM Handrad + DIY Vakuumtisch

Das sieht in der Tat nicht aus wie Isolationsbahnen. Ich weiß aber auch nicht, wieso man unbedingt über DXF gehen muss, vielleicht klappt ja der Export besser, wenn du über HPGL gehst (das sind dann PLT-Dateien). EstlCAM kann auch PLT-Dateien laden.

(Wenn du dir mal die Dateien in meinen PCB Threads anschaust, dann siehst du, wie es in etwa aussehen sollte:
parallel 2 SC Adapter
SC Arduino Shield , sieht halt aus wie die fertige Platine nun mal aussehen soll.)
SC 420 mit DIY parallel + Proxxon mit Mod + HF500 + SprintLayout + LibreCAD/QCAD + FreeCAD +WinPC starter/USB->EstlCAM + EstlCAM LPTAdapter + EstlCAM Handrad + DIY Vakuumtisch

ich werde am Mittwoch Deine *.zip Datei mal anschauen und mit Estlcam öffnen. Danach versuche ich es noch mal mit Target.

Hallo Andreas,

ich kann Deine Platine ohne Probleme öffnen und bearbeiten. Nach längerer Suche habe ich folgendes festgestellt:

In Target Platine erstellen, unter Isolationsfräsen speichern (hpgl = *.plt), Datei in Estlcam öffnen = geht nicht (Leere Zeichnung)!


Die selbe Datei mit Inkscape öffnen und unter *.dxf speichern, diese dann im Estlcam öffnen; geht!

… da muß einer mal drauf kommen.

Stellt sich die Frage: Liegt das Problem bei Target oder Estlcam?

Hallo,

Estlcam kann die Datei nicht verarbeiten weil sie mehrere Befehle je Zeile enthält.
Ich werde das demnächst mal in Estlcam anpassen, momentan fehlt aber leider die Zeit dazu.

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Jetzt wissen wir wenigstens wo der Fehler ist. Wie es über Umwege dennoch geht, habe ich ja hier schon beschrieben. Ich wäre Dir über eine Info dankbar, wenn denn mal wieder Zeit für Estlcam ist. ;)

Hallo Thomas,

ich dachte an eine Datei im Target-Format (*.T3001). Hätte mir das gerne mal angeschaut, denn ich habe es schon mal geschafft, eine aus Target als *.plt Datei exportierte Datei in Estlcam zu öffnen.
Ich habe es gerade nochmal probiert und hat auch funktioniert.

ich habe Deine Datei mal Target geöffnet und als *.plt Datei abgespeichert.
Meiner Meinung nach sieht das schon anders aus.



Welche Programmversionen benutzt Du?
Ich habe hier Target V17.3.0.20 und EstCAM V7.615

Estlcam: 7.608

Target: V16 R16.9 discover 16.9.0.6 (Demoversion, die allerdings nur auf 250 Pins begrenzt ist)
