Question Adding pneumatic outputs to switchbox (M500)

Hi,

In addition to the switched pneumatic output of the tool changer of my M500, I wanted to add more switched pnematic output valves to the switchbox to use it for e.g. lubrication. I would love to use the switchbox mainboard (21.07.2015 V1.0) for this.

Does anyone have the pinout?

Weiß jemand wie viel Strom die Relais pins abkönnen?

Hallo Dentopt,

die Relaispins sind meines Wissens nach trotz des Namens reine Steuerpins mit 5V TTL Technik. Damit kannst du als keine Lasten schalten. Im besten fall also ein Koppelrelais, im schlechtesten Fall ein Koppelrelais über ein Treiber IC.

Es gibt allerdings seit der Einführung des Plasmaschneiders eine Relaisbox, welche die Relaissignale über belastbare Relais nach draußen führt.
