Tja, das ist jetzt schwer zu sagen, denn ich hatte 5 Proxxon drauf. Die Erste hob die Hufe schon beim Fräsen von Schaum-PVC, die anderen 4 beim Alu- und Acrylglasfräsen. Dann hatte ich, verständlicher Weise, "die Schnauze voll" und baute auf die Kress um...toolmaker wrote: Hallo Jens,

Ist zwar ne andere Baustelle, aber die Grundlagen sind ja die gleichen.

Die Vorraussetzungen wären zumindest gegeben:
1. zwei elektrochemisch unterschiedliche Metalle (Messing, Alu)
2. eine elektrische leitende Verbindung zwischen den beiden Metallen (eventuelle Kriechströme)
3. ein Elektrolyt, der den Fluss der Metallionen ermöglicht (Schmiermittel)
Das das Problem nicht bei jedem auftritt, könnten daran liegen, das nicht alle das gleiche Fett verwenden und nicht alle Kriechströme bei der Stepi haben.
