I'm looking for CNC files of a bartop arcade cabinet, such as the famous Nintendo (Donkey Kong / Popeye version).
But everything else related with arcade cabinets and CNC is welcome!

I want to create a mini version of it, intended for a Raspberry Pi 2.

If someone can, and is willing to help me out, thanks in advance!

I'm looking for useable cnc plans for a Nintendo bartop cabinet similar to this one:

Then I will have to reduce the scale (2:1) to make a tiny version of it.
I'm even willing to pay for it, but I didn't found anything useable (I'm looking for it since several days now).

Thanks for the help, but again, this is not what I'm looking for.
There're enough plans for standard bartop cabinets (and I made a few of them too already) but I need plans for a Nintendo bartop.
And that one is not available it seems.

I'm trying to make my own plans now, but it's quite difficult to make every part fit correctly.

This is exactly what I need (and the plans must be useable, no hand-drawings):

That isn't THAT difficult! 😉

Do you need only the cabinet body? Do you have rough total measurements? What's about the inside construction? Any ideas how it could be designed?
Which material will be used for the project (just the thickness is important)?
Mills (diameters)?

What's about the graphics on the outside of the cabinet? A cnc job too?

It's not only about tools it's also about skills! 😉

Well, it's doable I admit, but the auto cad (compatible) software is not always that easy.

I want a mini version of the cabinet, say approx 36cm high, 26 large and 24 cm deep so I can make the parts with my 420/2.
The material: 8.3 mm MDF.

For the inside construction, I think four slats at every corner will be enough to fortify the cabinet which will be glued together.
Of course, only the rear panel must be removable. But these details can be realised afterwards.

And I only need the cabinet panels, without engravings.

I've started with the side and the speaker panel, but didn't came further...

We are talking about something like this?

I tried to stay closer to the pic (the link to Nintendo Bartop Cabinet) ...

And this is the way the other panels (bottom, upper, back etc) have to be installed:
It's almost like your example.

The monitor bezel should be moved to the back a little, to keep some space for the control panel, but that's finetuning...

Better? B)

How do you like to attach the boards?
Box joints (visible from the outside of the cabinet) or glued into a 3 mm(?) deep slot (invisible from the outside),

What is the diameter of the cutter which will be used to cut the Box Joints or slots?

Backdoor access: Is my realization practical or not for your purpose?

It's not only about tools it's also about skills! 😉

Nice work!

I would prefer to have slots inside, so all the parts (except for the side panels) must have an additional 6mm length.
The backdoor access is just fine, and very nicely made.

The largest cutter I have is 3mm. I'm working a lot with 2mm, but for this job, a 3mm is minimal I guess.

And yes: this is really very nice!

The only thing I'm looking at right now is the control panel: it seems to be a little short in depth.
So I'll have to pull the bezel to the back a little bit and make the control panel larger.

Anyway: thanks a lot for your help so far, I really appreciate it.

Nice - I would second that too.

I don't have the measurements for the brezel - what means I'm just guessing ....

How about to make the brezel negative in the angle - think about it! And I have the feeling it is also done on the original cabinet .... (?)

This Screen-shot will show you the current measurements (left side) of the control panel - and yes, it's tight. How much do you need?

The right version could be realized with a negative brezel ...

It's not only about tools it's also about skills! 😉

Yes, that's much better: 10cm is enough to install the joystick and buttons.
There's room to play a little with the inclination of the bezel, as it hasn't to start from the very edge at the upper side.
So even straight, that's ok, and even better I think.
There's one thing, I'm afraid there's not enough room underneath the control panel to install the hardware.

I've tried to change the construction a bit (hand-drawing just to show you) , but it doesn't change much.

I tried to go on with my own plans in Coreldraw, but I don't know yet if I will keep the emplacement for the marquee...
